A leading mobile technology platform that connects developers, designers and SME’s to leading digital print/imaging solutions in the cloud is seeking a talented Sales Manager who will be passionate about closing deals, driving pipeline activities and maximising sales and margin from every account. The Sales Manager will be comfortable to act the face of the business to their customers and will be responsible for managing a small Sales team and helping the product teams understand the commercial needs of our customers.
The Sales Manager will:
– Work closely with the CEO to drive and execute upon the Sales Strategy
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts
• Actively lead a sales team to generate sales expected to significantly grow over the next 12 months
• Ensure that gross margin expectations from our sales are met
• Win new deals from working top tier leads provided by marketing • Work with Marketing to qualify and generate leads • Drive your own pipeline for mid to large size deals • Work with product teams to show them the commercial needs of our customers
• Experienced direct contributor with the ability to mentor and lead a small sales team and be accountable for pipeline management and reporting.
• Proven ability in closing your own deals and driving individual pipeline
• Proven experience building up a large scale of sales having started at an early stage of development • Excellent communication skills, both customer facing and internal teams
