Global B2B Marketing & Communications Director is required for a high growth Mobile Data & Technology Start-Up for consumers and businesses. With min 10 years experience the Global Marketing & Comms Director will ideally have leadership experience and expertise in either a data, mobile, telecoms, or technology business.
*This is going to “ideally” suit someone who has cut their teeth in a PR agency and has moved to a high growth/start up technology business.
You are an experienced B2B, Marketing, PR, Communications, Content leader who has previous experience leveraging PR to grow the global recognition of a brand. You understand how to maximally scale a global PR operation but also how to strategically position a given message to manage sensitivities in different markets.
You are a leader who can nurture and build the marketing team and as part of the leadership team you will collaborate with all other functions to ensure the company meets its overall objectives. You have an analytical mind and a data driven approach to marketing, quickly assessing the performance of any initiative to prioritize and focus on the most effective ones.
- Experience running both in-house PR operations at scale and managing external agencies for strategic initiatives.
- A particular focus on content marketing is valuable – the ability to position data-driven stories and to maximize the coverage and impact globally.
- Excellent communication skills enabling you to champion the business as the global standard to internal & external stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership skills enabling you to drive your team to maximum performance and work collaboratively with other teams for greater results.
