A Head of Brand Marketing is required for a very hot Fintech Start-Up who has just recently raised multi-millions in funding.
The Head of Brand Marketing will be a strategic and ambitious brand marketer to make a well-funded, high-profile fintech startup famous outside the “tech bubble”.
The successful applicant will report into the CMO, leading and defining public perception of this Fintech’s start-up’s product and brand.
As Head of Brand Marketing, your job will be to make the brand loved and famous amongst a member audience in their target territories (UK initially, with other countries launching soon.).
Originate and manage a comprehensive programme of brand engagement across PR, events, stunts, media/blogger partnerships, and other brand marketing techniques
Devise and champion ideas for viral growth
Be brave enough to take risks on creative ideas that have ambition and scale
Ensure our brand is tightly defined and effectively communicated in all channels .
Worked for the Design team on Visual design and Identity
Translate brand into company behaviours and communications
Lead a brand team including PR and community management staff
Extensive in-house or agency experience making a new brand both big and beloved
A track record of driving & delivering a rolling, joined-up marketing strategy/plan that is repeatable and can be scaled globally.
Brilliant communication skills – ability to communicate clearly, persuasively and tenaciously with both internal and external collaborators
Proven experience of helping shape and grow successful consumer led brands, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire the business to make brand led decisions.
