The full ownership of an existing mix of direct mail campaigns.
Devising and delivering campaigns for B2B acquisition, lead nurture and CRM direct mail campaigns whilst planning that these should dovetail with other channels (Email, SMS, OB telephone)
Pre-campaign planning, including insight-driven creative testing ideas, agreeing test structures and briefing the data team
Planning marketing activity that puts the customer at the heart of everything you do
Provide detailed reporting and analysis to explain the performance and demonstrate the success of DM activity. Proactively look at performance metrics, draw conclusions and communicate findings
Relentlessly seeking opportunities in increasing response and effectiveness of campaigns
Strong direct mail and campaign management experience
Experienced in a pivotal data-driven marketing role
Thorough understanding of AB and multi-variant test structures
Comfortable reporting on channel-level performance and presenting to wider groups including senior stakeholders
Able to work autonomously to drive campaigns and projects forward, problem-solving as appropriate, and proactively seizing opportunities to drive yourself and the business forward
Driven to see projects through to completion
