A recent multi –million funded FINTECH start-up has an excellent opportunity for a Performance Marketing Manager who has a data driven and test and learn approach to performance marketing.
The successful applicant will join their Marketing team, driving member acquisition across their performance marketing channels and making a real impact on growth and success.The client would look at client side or agency backgrounds for this role.
-Plan, launch, manage and optimise member acquisition, agreeing and owning targets across all performance marketing channels.
-Create and maintain a strong test plan, covering media, creative and conversion activities.
-Lead on tracking and reporting on marketing performance data, ensuring we have a robust data infrastructure to understand day-to-day performance and to answer more sophisticated attribution questions.
-Support strategic planning initiatives through modelling channel performance across multiple markets.
-Evolve marketing strategy through continuously deepening our understanding of our members and refining targeting and creative approaches.
-Hands on experience in digital performance channels (PPC, Affiliates, Display and Paid Social) and ideally (although not essential) a good understanding of offline marketing (OOH, Radio, TV).
-A good appreciation of the relationship between marketing channels, with experience in managing a multi-channel plan.
-A track record in driving superior brand awareness and performance in an online environment, owning sales and CPA targets.
-An iterative, experimental approach to optimisation.
-A highly analytical mind, with an appetite for data and numbers and an understanding of marketing modelling.
-A flexible attitude, and a real drive to improve things.
